Through her YouTube channel & tech education company, Bootstrap Biz Advice, LaShonda teaches service providers worldwide how to work less & live more by leveraging tech and YouTube. LaShonda heavily advocates for sustainable, healthy rhythms in business and is most well known for her 20-Hour Work Week practice that’s built on the foundation of deep focus work and a mindful morning routine.

LaShonda is a Flodesk University Instructor & Flodesk Partner and in 2022, LaShonda became one of the first 25 Canva Verified Experts in the world. In addition to training organizations of all sizes about Canva & Flodesk, LaShonda advises startup SaaS brands about how to transform paid users into engaged ambassadors through community initiatives and innovative affiliate programs.

Since 2011, Josh's video production clients have ranged from government communicators & DMO’s to corporations and non-profits. Each project was produced with the same philosophy, increased awareness, engagement, and sales through compelling educational video content.

Now at Bootstrap, Josh ensures our hardware & equipment from our cameras to our computers can handle the output required to run our global education brand. 

Hello there, I'm Zee; longtime nerd, aspiring author and niche content creator. I run the Demarcation Media YouTube channel, reviewing various toy brands. I've had a passion for storytelling for as long as I can remember. Much of my younger life was spent coming up with all kinds of stories, with both writing and film. Now, I use the skills God has given me to tell stories with my editing, content creation and even with full on books!

Briana is an award-winning editor contracted by Life Focus Pictures since 2021. Her foray into the world of technology and videography started at a young age; as the daughter of a tech nerd, she practically grew up on the computer and got her hands on some of the latest innovations in the industry soon after their release. Her love for film grew from a passion for learning by doing, primarily self-taught through YouTube University and trial-and-error. This culminated in the creation of a feature-length film submitted into competition at the Maryland State Theatre Festival in 2010 for which she won first place.

She is an entrepreneur in her own right and works in the world of media in multiple ways: as owner of Like You Mean It Productions; co-host, editor, and producer of Shockingly Wicked: A True Crime Podcast, a top 10% most followed podcast on Spotify; tech director at Mosaic Church in Lynchburg, Virginia; and a script spotter for translated and language-adapted film and television through NYAV Post such as the English dubs for the Netflix series Kotaro Lives Alone, LucasFilm's Star Wars: Visions, and Mamoru Hosoda's Belle.

In addition to a degree in graphic design, he has years of experience in photography, videography, motion graphics, and video editing. He has worked as the designer for a screenprint shop, as a high school photography and yearbook teacher, a print designer, and freelanced on projects ranging from feature films to upscale national clients. Sam has a keen eye for layout design and branding.
